Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Large Furniture & Freight Delivery

Large items, such as recliners and outdoor furniture, are shipped via freight carrier. Please inspect the packaging and item carefully at the time of delivery before signing for receipt, and contact us right away at info@mimonera.shop if anything arrives damaged.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damages
